DELIVERY
As stock of sale items is very limited we reserve the right to cancel orders should stock have been sold. For available stock, we aim to deliver between 10-28 days for receipt of order. Delivery dates are given in good faith and are adhered to as closely as possible but no responsibility is accepted for any unforeseen delays subsequently arising or for any consequential loss or damage caused to the customer or third parties as a result of any delays for whatever reason. The risk to the goods of loss or damage passes to the purchaser on delivery irrespective of whether title to the goods has passed or not.
TRANSIT DAMAGE & SHORTAGES
These must be reported to the Company within 2 days of receipt of goods and confirmed in writing by the purchaser.
PAYMENT
Payment is made vis World Pay. Payments for goods are handled through our credit card processing agency, Worldpay - ensuring maximum safety and security to your sensitive personal information.
TITLE OF GOODS
Ownership of the goods shall not transfer to the purchaser until full payment has been received by the Company
CARRIAGE AND HANDLING CHARGES
There are no shipping charges on all orders over £200.00. All orders within the UK mainland under £199.99 have an £8.00 flat rate shipping charge. For orders within the EU mainland have a flat rate of £25.00 per order. For the rest of the world please contact us for a quotation.
TOLERANCE
All goods are sold in good faith, but are end of line or slightly flawed ( in appearance only, not funtion).
Every composite product is hand cast and finished, colours may vary from batch to batch and a manufacturing tolerance is allowed. Most products sold on this site are discontinued lines, or slightly flawed seconds, allowances must be made for this. Likewise for wooden products natural defects within the material must be allowed for.
RETURN OF GOODS
Taking into account our Tolerance policy, if a product is found to be defective in manufacture, please contact us by phone or email to arrange, where possible a replacement for the defective product.
Items may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of shipping.
Please contact us prior to return, for an authorization number, this needs to be written clearly on the package for identification.
If goods are not defective they must be returned in an undamaged, resale able condition.
